1. What did you enjoy most about this project?
I enjoyed the thinking process that came with doing the A-Z although it was a bit stressful and annoying. I also enjoyed being able to go around campus and find the perfect photo opportunity.
2. What did you learn?
I learned that using angles, filters, editing softwares can really take a picture to the next level and make it look more professional and enhance its beauty. Using different angles is really important because it changes the whole perspective.
3. What about the project are you most proud of?
There were some pictures that I was really proud of, I believe it was the tree one. I took it while I was walking to school one morning and I messed with the filters and the sky was a yellowish blue, I thought it was very pretty, Also it took a lot of time so overall I am proud of completing it.
4. What grade did you receive on the project? What are your thoughts on the grade you received?
I received an 83% or a low B as a grade on my A-Z project. I mean I got a better grade than what I expected surprisingly. I am happy with that score because my presentation could of had a better layout and it overall could have been better. Better music could've helped my score too but I am happy with it.
5. What would you change or improve upon if you had a chance to do this project all over again?
I would definitely change my music and maybe would have chosen some better angles.
6. What advise would you give to next year's class about this project?
The only advice I would want to give next year's class about this project is to think outside the box and create something new. Explore your options and explore all the softwares and everything you are given to be able to come out with the best possible presentation of photography. Oh yeah and don't slack off.
7. What if anything , should the teacher change about this project in order to improve it?
Honestly I think that if Mr.Hirsch showed some type of video showing how to use your different angles it would help out the kids who are like me. I know that I struggle and am confused when there is no step by step instruction on how to use what you are given. Or even if he did some type of preparation class or something to teach us a little more of photography.
