Question #4: What are two strategies that you use (or could use) when you get stuck while designing?
I recently learned two strategies that I could you if I ever get stuck designing or coding. Those two strategies were shown to me by Mr.Hirsch. The first one is watching a step-by step tutorial on how to help your sprite do certain motions. The second one are using the scratch cards. When we were assigned to create a dance party, and the art projects I used the step by step video to help me figure out how to get the pen to move in crazy directions. They are very helpful, everyone should use them.
1. I learned how to use the strategies above when getting stuck on something.
2. I still do not understand how to get my sprite to do crazy things using the scripts. Some people are being able to create cool things by mixing a whole bunch of scripts and I am still struggling to understand how and which ones to use.
3. The most interesting part of the work we did last week had to definitely be creating the pen work. It was very cool and interesting getting to see how certain scripts can create something like that.
